Frequently asked questions
Everything people usually ask before messaging us or visiting the stall. Can't find yours? Just ask.

Ordering & stock
How browsing, reserving and buying works — there's no checkout, just a conversation.
There's no online checkout. Browse the catalogue here, then message us on WhatsApp or LINE (+66 80 360 2819) to check stock, reserve items or ask questions. You can also visit us at Chatuchak Weekend Market.
Stock rotates every weekend. The quickest way to check is to send us a WhatsApp message with the product type, your skin concern or a photo of what you're looking for.
Message us before your visit and we'll let you know what we can set aside for you to pick up at the stall.
Our shelf changes week to week. Listing the types of products we stock — and the concerns they help with — keeps the website accurate. For exact products, just ask.
Our edit focuses on Korean, Japanese and Thai beauty and changes regularly. Ask us on WhatsApp for what's on the shelf this weekend.
Please message us to ask about the current options. The simplest way to shop with us is to reserve by chat and pick up at the stall.
Please ask us at the stall or on WhatsApp — we'll confirm what's available before you buy.

Products & quality
How we choose what's on the shelf, and how to buy with confidence.
We keep a small, rotating edit built around the questions customers bring to the stall — products that suit Bangkok's heat and humidity, gentle formulas, and sunscreens people will actually reapply.
Check for sealed packaging, clear printing, matching batch codes, dates, and — for products sold in Thailand — a Thai-language label with importer details and a notification number. Our guide to spotting fake cosmetics explains more, and we're happy to talk you through any product's label.
Where a tester is available at the stall, yes. If there's something specific you want to swatch, message us before you visit so we can check.
Please message us — tell us what you bought and what happened, and we'll talk it through with you.
Many are, but every skin is different. Tell us what you react to and we'll suggest fragrance-free, gentle options. Always patch-test something new.

Visiting the stall
When we're open, how to find us, and what to expect at Chatuchak.
Sat–Sun, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Chatuchak Weekend Market is a weekend market, so Saturday and Sunday are the days to visit.
We're at Chatuchak Weekend Market, Kamphaeng Phet 2 Rd, Bangkok 10900. Open our Google Maps link for directions, or message us on WhatsApp and we'll guide you to the stall.
MRT Kamphaeng Phet station is right at the market. BTS Mo Chit and MRT Chatuchak Park are a short walk away past Chatuchak Park. Taxis and ride-hailing work too, though weekend traffic can be slow.
Mornings. It's cooler, calmer and you'll have more time to ask questions before the afternoon crowds arrive.
Yes. We're happy to help in English and Thai.
Yes. Much of Chatuchak is covered, so it's still easy to shop — just bring an umbrella for walking between sections.

Skincare advice
Personal advice is the whole point of a small stall. A few of the questions we hear most.
Yes — tell us your skin type, concerns and current routine and we'll suggest a short, realistic routine. In person is best, but WhatsApp works well too.
Cleanse gently, hydrate with a watery toner, treat with one serum, moisturise with a gel-cream, and protect with SPF 50 every morning. Double cleanse at night to remove sunscreen.
Start simple: a gentle cleanser, a calming fragrance-free moisturiser and a sunscreen. Introduce one new product at a time and patch-test first.
Broadly, K-beauty is known for innovation, layered hydration and calming ingredients; J-beauty for refined, minimal routines and excellent sunscreens. Most people do well with a mix.
No. We share general skincare knowledge and product advice. For persistent acne, rashes, sudden changes in moles or anything that worries you, please see a doctor or dermatologist.
Yes — skin is skin. Many men prefer a short routine with light, fast-absorbing textures and a non-greasy sunscreen, and we're happy to help put one together.

Sun protection
Thailand's UV is strong all year. The questions we answer most about sunscreen.
SPF 50 with a high PA rating (PA+++ or PA++++) is a sensible default for daily life in the tropics.
About two finger-lengths for your face and neck. Most people use far less than that.
Every two hours when you're outdoors, and after swimming or heavy sweating.
Yes. UV still reaches the ground through cloud, and the sun often comes out between showers.

Makeup & shade matching
Getting base right in a hot, humid city.
Yes. At the stall we'll swatch on your jawline in daylight. If you can't visit, send a makeup-free daylight photo on WhatsApp and we'll suggest shades to try.
Thin layers of cushion or skin tint, powder only on the T-zone, a setting spray, tubing mascara and lip tints.
Ranges vary a lot between brands, and some are limited at the deeper end. Lip, cheek and brow products usually work across a wider range — come and swatch.

For visitors to Bangkok
Shopping on a trip? Here's what travellers usually ask.
Yes. Message us your skin type, concerns, budget and how much luggage space you have before you come, and we'll have suggestions ready.
Most airports limit hand-luggage liquids, gels and creams to containers of 100 ml or less in a clear bag. Larger items should go in checked luggage — always check your airline's rules.
Thai herbal scrubs, butterfly pea hair care, jasmine or lemongrass scents, sheet masks, lip tints and Asian sunscreens are all popular and easy to share.
Absolutely. Tell us how many gifts, your budget and a little about each person, and we'll suggest a mix.
